Simply nothing too much trouble, truly memorable stay. Fairly clean place with exceptional views and exceptional location on the lake. Fantastic, lovely stuff towards all guests. Exceptionally comfortable bed, cosy and beautiful room. With an electric kettle and glassware.

Appetising food and cold drinks. Location next to a regular shop and wonderful Bellagio.

No taxi at all.

The room itself was brand-new, neat with balcony and had the things we needed.

The rooms were beautifully decorated, with vibrant colors and a modern feel. the cleanliness was exceptional, and everything looked brand new. the breakfast provided was delicious, with a good variety of options. the freshly pressed orange juice and made-to-order scrambled eggs were a nice touch. the location was peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay.

The rooms were cosy and good-sized with central heating, a work desk, and a TV set. The breakfast was delicious and frequently replenished...

Small hotel with brilliant staff and exceptional views of the mountains. Secluded location, just a short walk away from Terrace. Walking distance to regular shops and shops across the street. The restaurant was fantastic, for dinner.

We had the most amazing stay at B&B I Lake It! The host, Sissi, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. Sissi made fresh-baked homemade croissants for breakfast every morning, along with delicious fresh-pressed orange juice and high-quality coffee. She also helped us book dinner reservations at the best restaurants and gave us recommendations on what to see and do in the area. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the views from the terrace were beautiful. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation!

I ate at a terrific restaurant for dinner. Exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows, there were air conditioner, a mini-bar, and a work desk available.

The value for money at the B&B was great. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The location was convenient, just a short walk to town. The staff, especially Sissi, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.

The only improvement I would suggest for breakfast is to have a quieter coffee machine.

the room was new-fashioned & beautiful with balcony, snacks, for instance. location: the hotel was not far from san giovanni or bellagio, the como lake and the midway lakeside beach and free carpark on the outskirts of the main town. again, it was 15 mins drive from la perla del lago.

Fantastic views from the room and breakfast area. The room was well-stocked and extremely clean. The host went above and beyond to provide helpful tips and even made restaurant reservations. A wonderful breakfast was served, and the host was like a concierge, offering great recommendations.

The property is a bit far from the main town and it would be easier to have a car or moped for transportation. It was a bit difficult to navigate with big suitcases.
